Without a doubt, music directly feeds/inspires & fuels my writing in the same way a Big Mac & vanilla shake does: fuelling the ole tummy tank and hitting the spot just right some times. My headphones I feel are often like an extension of my soul in some way; certain songs sometimes single-handedly helping me solve problems in plays, visualize endings in screenplays, or capture the overall emotional effect I'm trying to nail down in a story.
